1.1 You are only allowed to have one account. When you are caught creating more, all of your accounts will be banned including your IP adress.
1.2 Accounts are completely non-transferrable, meaning they cannot be sold nor given to other persons
1.3 Your account will never be modified unless requested.
1.4 If you ever lose your password, you are able to request a new one with our forgot password function.

2.1 Any attempt of cheating will be deemed as hazardous and proper action will be taken.
2.2 If you are caught hacking or cheating, we reserve the right to take further action against you.

3.1 All your purchased items will be added to your account instantly. If not, you can send us a support ticket.
3.2 All payments to you are instant.
3.3 We only use two payment options. Paypal and AlertPay.
3.4 The minimum amount you can request to cashout is $2. Every other cashout after that increases by $2 each time until it hits $10 where it will stay.
3.5 We only send payments to your payment e-mail in your account.
3.6 We are allowed to decline any payments if you have cheated or hacked the site in any way.
3.7 Any chargebacks or refund requests will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our service.
3.8 There are absolutely no refunds.

4.1 You can only have a specific amount of direct referrals depending on your membership.
4.2 Spamming your referral link is not allowed and will result in immediate account suspension.
4.3 You can only rent referrals when there are enough available.
4.4 Referrals are rented for a specific period of time. When the time is over, they will be removed from your account.
4.5 Referrals from the same household are not allowed.
4.6 A referral can not modify his or her upline.

5.1 We do not accept advertisements that are illegal or contain framebreakers.
5.2 We have the right to deny any advertisements which we do not see fit in our website.
5.3 You will only be credited once per 24 hours for each advertisement.
5.4 You can not view advertisements with any mobile device.

6.1 All suspended accounts will have their balance reset to zero. This cannot be undone.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend any account for a valid reason including the violation of our terms of service.
6.3 User accounts who have not responded to their verification email within 60 days will be deleted.
6.4 If you are inactive for over 60 days, your account will be suspended.

7.1 Advertising via forum or private message is never allowed.
7.2 You must not disrespect any other users, administrators or any other OmniBux members.
7.3 You may not use these services to ask for money from other users.
7.4 You have the right to express yourself, so long as you do not intentionally offend other users.
7.5 You have access to the complete forum except for private admin areas.

8.1 OmniBux cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures that are not directly related to us.
8.2 We cannot be held responsible for any of our advertisers or members.
8.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any given time without given warning.
8.4 OmniBux reserves the right to modify any fees, offers or rules and also close services at any given time without notice.
